This latest blog post from me comes in the form of a cute little boy. And when said cute boy smiles, he smiles so sweetly … with DIMPLES! A photographers heaven.

Meet sweet Master C. He’s only a fresh little thing in this world and oooh so adorable. When I showed up at the location, I was in Heaven. Autumn leaves everywhere! YAY.
This session was a lot like life, you never can tell when a normally happy baby decides to have an off day. Poor little guy just couldn’t get settled for us. I called it the “pressure” of being a gorgeous model. hehe. But never the less, I ALWAYS ALWAYS strive my hardest to get the shots that are desired. Even though the smiles were few and far between, those beautiful big eyes shon through and showed us the true nature of a child … innocence and purity. LOOOOOVE.
Bright Eyes : Hobart Child Photographer
April 22, 2010I can’t believe how fast a year has gone, just like that.
I photographed little Emma when she was just a teeny newborn over a year ago, this is what she was like back then … just a little camera shy …
I photographed her again at 6 weeks old … starting to warm up to the camera …
And then again at 12 weeks old … she’s mesmerised and mesmerising …
Now look at her, all of 12 months with the brightest widest eyes and cutest toothy grin you ever did see.
Then we went outside for a little play.
I’m also finding it a little amusing, at how often I changed my watermark over the year!
Petiteness is so sweetness .. and my love for facebook
February 24, 2010I think it has been over a decade since I’d seen Sarah. The first time I met her was on our first day of High School. She was standing infront of me in line to our class. Sooo boring, just waiting, waiting, behind 60 odd students. *sigh* You know it, when you get bored your eyes wander around trying to find something interesting to look at. Well that is how Sarah stood out to me. My eyes wandered to the ground and admist the feet adourned with regular school shoes, there she was wearing Doc Martins. Something so small, but so significant, I knew she was different … you know, in a really good way. For the whole of year 7 we were inseperable.
Only a few weeks into year 8 I had to change Schools, and inseperable we were no more. I then moved to Victoria and a few years later our contact had dwindled away to the odd letter around Christmas time. But just a few years ago (few is my favourite word for this paragraph!), the mighty facebook comes along and brings me back to amost everyone I have ever been friends with in my entire life! Oh gosh how I love thee facebook.
I was so excited when through facebook, Sarah asked me to take some photos of her and her sweet little family.
If you haven’t already check out my facebook fanpage and join to stay updated with all the latest goss.
It was really nice to see you again after all those years Sarah, thankyou so much for letting me capture your family.
And without further soppy dribble from me, here is her sneak peek. Isn’t her almost 7 month old daughter, Phoebe, simply adorable?
