So, my beautiful cousin Emma has just turned 21. My present to her? A photoshoot of course.

And she totally rocked it!

The whole day was spent capturing her: flaunt her stuff in historic Salamanca; dance and run through the cold water on the beach; pretend hitchhike; and feed her horses on a scenic paddock (My Dad’s paddock to be exact – love that place!). Oh and in case you are curious, she had a masquerade ball for her party, hence the gorgeous gowns and masks.

I’m so proud of who my Emmy-Lou has become. I’ve always been proud of her actually. From when she was little and called me “Dool”; to when she was 12 and amazed me with her cleverness and maturity; to now – full of strength, depth, warmth and giggles …
