I photographed this lovely family to celebrate Aurelia’s first birthday – then once again a year later we did the same thing for her 2nd birthday. What a fun tradition! She has grown so much, but still has those stunning eyes and squishable cheeks.

So early last year I photographed this sweet-hearts parents wedding … it was the absolute BEST to have been able to return and take photos of them as a new family this year.
Absolutely adorable Ruby Lee turned one and celebrated with a cake smash session!! I get so jealous of this birthday treat all the time!! The Cutie Cups giant cupcakes are amazing.
Katinka is a fellow photographer and friend, so when she asked me to take her family photos I was both excited and petrified. As a photographer taking photos for another photographer – I can tell you there is no greater honour or compliment and there is no greater fear of producing something special.
I feel I did that, I hope I did that. I love this cute little family and their evident love for each other.
Last year (I promise I am getting closer to sharing THIS years photo sessions!!) I photographed sweet little Toby for his first birthday cake smash. He is such a sweet and gorgeous little man.

I met the Brooks family a little while ago now (I know, I’m a slack blogger recently!) and we had such a fun time running around the gardens. Mum had expressed her desire to have a nice shot of her 2 year old who had never had any professional photos taken of her before. Oh God love 2 year olds and their unpredictability and endless energy.
I’m in love with albums – they are my most FAVOURITE product to sell. More so than digital files …I mean seriously, what do you do with them? Look at them? Print them? I have countless photos on my hard-drive I barely even look at – but that is a whole other topic.
Albums albums albums. And I LOOOOVE my supplier – beautiful, simple, lay flat, the pages are actually printed on photo paper. It’s exquisite. I can’t find enough words to describe just how awesome it is! And it’s such a perfect way to display your session, like you are telling a story of your family and those you love most.
So I thought it was time to share with you, what they look like. Obviously nothing compares to the actual feel of them – but I hope you get a good idea of what to expect.
And now, here is a recent album design straight from photoshop – don’t mind the vertical grey line, that won’t be printed, it is there to indicate the middle of the (seemless) pages.
